I’m Shrishti, a California-based destination wedding photographer and filmmaker and the heart behind DreamCatcher Pictures. My wedding photography journey began in the beautiful Fiji Islands, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of documenting hundreds of weddings across California, the U.S., Fiji, and destinations around the world. ✈️
From intimate celebrations to grand Indian and South Asian weddings, I’ve photographed couples across cultures, traditions, venues, and destinations—and in every kind of lighting and situation you can imagine.
But after 14+ years, I’ve learned that being a great wedding photographer is about so much more than taking beautiful photographs.
It’s about knowing when to step in and when to step back. Knowing how to handle a hectic timeline without adding stress. Knowing how to make someone who says “I’m awkward in photos” feel completely comfortable. And knowing when to grab the camera because something magical is about to happen.
